I did one of these courses and finished it in February 2005 with high grades, although I have contacted them several times I still have not received my certificate, I keep been told they will look in to it and should receive my certificate soon. Whats the point in months of hard work?

Good for people wanting to progress from basic IT skills .... can't really see the relevance of the other courses offered.
